Due to start on site in the spring of 2026, we are delighted to announce that we have been appointed to deliver an exciting new airspace development scheme, to create new homes at 18 Shore Road in Hackney.
Following our celebrated successful completion of 14-16 Shore Road in the spring of last year, Nexus have continued to maintain our established reputation as the trusted partner for delivering rooftop extension projects.
Supporting the new mansard roof extension, our fully designed and installed LGS framing will be creating a single storey vertical extension on top of an existing recently converted and refurbished residential building.
