With our design phase commencing in October of last year, and our site setup commencing in January, we are thrilled with our rapid progress to completion of this airspace development in Hackney, London.
With Nexus delivering the design, supply and installation of 800 m² light gauge steel framing, our two-storey vertical extension sits on top of the existing two-storey building – a former warehouse/industrial unit which was converted to residential use in the 1960s.
The completed scheme, enhanced by its new rooftop extension, now provides a total of 22 residential apartments, creating much-needed additional homes for the local area.
