The construction of this new two-storey vertical extension, was built on top of an existing five-storey building constructed in 2007, which comprised a mixture of reinforced concrete (to first floor) and traditional loadbearing masonry above.
Tying in the structural frame of the new extension to the existing structure required careful consideration from our expert team.
The new scheme, provides a single triplex penthouse apartment.
