With Nexus delivering the design, supply and installation of 800 m² light gauge steel framing, the two-storey vertical extension sits on top of the existing two-storey building – a former warehouse/industrial unit which was converted to residential use in the 1960s.
The completed scheme, enhanced by its new rooftop extension, now provides a total of 22 residential apartments, creating much-needed additional homes for the local area.
